 Ice Cream

Regular Cone
The Regular Cone is the giant ice cream cone for which our company is famous. It is 18cm in height, 8cm in diameter and filled with 220 grams of hard-scoop ice cream made to our special recipe.

Junior Cone
The Junior Cone accommodates smaller appetites. It measures 10cm in height and 5cm in diameter and is filled with 110 grams of hard-scoop ice cream and topped identically to the Regular Cone.

Single Cone
The Single Cone consists of one 110 gram scoop. It is served in a Regular Cone and includes cream and topping.

Kiddy Cone / Junior Single
The Kiddy Cone is designer for smaller children. It is served in a Junior Cone with one 55 gram scoop of ice cream made to our special recipe. ‘Little Dribbler’ bibs are also available.

Sundae Waffle
A real treat. The lip of the Sundae Waffle is first immersed in chocolate, then filled with 3 Junior scoops of ice cream of any combination of flavours and then topped with whipped cream and one topping of your choice. It is then served in a waterproof container with spoon.

Beverages
 
Milkshake
A Milkshake is served in a large 750ml container and filled with 3 Junior scoops of ice cream and 375ml of fresh milk. Optional extra chocolate sauce is added for the chocolate varieties. Any ice cream flavour may be chosen for this beverage.
 
Thickshake
Created in a similar fashion to the Milkshake, a Royal Copenhagen Thickshake is served in a medium 500ml container and filled with 4 Junior scoops of ice cream and 250ml of fresh milk.
 
Smoothie
RC’s Smoothies are a blend of luscious fruit, ice cream and fresh milk. A variety of flavours are available.

RC Lite
 
Lite Fruit Whip
Royal Copenhagen’s unique blended fruit product. This delight includes scoops of 96% fat-free Lite ice cream and half a cup of fresh fruit, all blended in a Flavorama machine. This can be served in either a cup or a cone.
 
Fresh fruit choices are:
Strawberry
Raspberry
Boysenberry
Banana
Pineapple
Mango
 
You may choose a single fruit, or combination of fruits to blend with either RC Lite ice cream or RC Lite Frozen Yogurt.

Take Home
 
Home Packs
Bring the RC flavours home! Selected flavours of ice cream are available in take-home packs of either 500ml or 1 litre Royal Copenhagen containers. Home packs can be packed on the spot with your choice of up to 3 flavours.
 
Plain Cones & Sundae Baskets
Upon request, we offer plain, Regular or Junior cones and Sundae baskets. Perfect for take-home treats.
 

Silk
 
An extension of our unique approach has been the recent introduction of a new style of ice cream we have named ‘Silk’.
 
Silk is a soft, smooth ice cream which directly from our batch freezer (the machine in the store which makes the ice cream) into our dipping cabinets.
 
Unlike our traditional hard serve ice cream, this product is never frozen down.
 
Our experience over the last year in our Manly Beach store is that Silk now commands an equal share of sales with premium hard serve ice cream.
